Again, good service, lovely friendly staff in the pub and good food very large portions. hotel room was spotlessly clean. Close to the motorway for a stop over on long journeys.
Always a brilliant stay, nice staff and good rooms.
The selection of tea and coffee was very limited ( decaf coffee and normal tea) the rooms were rundown but the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom needs a major overhaul and they need more than one plug socket in the rooms.
Staff very welcoming I received all the info I needed of the gentlemen who was on forgot his name but very helpful room was spacious bed was super comfy breakfast was lovely I had a full breakfast and some fruit and pastries the only problem in the room was 1 or 2 lights didn’t work the bin in bathroom was rusty and bent in a bit the back of bathroom door looked like someone as been ripping it off at bottom other then that I had a great stay I’m not really one to take pictures but that was my experience at fernhurst thanks
Suitable for a short stay, but it needs renovation. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were always friendly and helpful.
Had mix it up today with peri sauce- food bang on and service at the bar by Nick and Rob was also great
Rooms are a bit dated, and the bathroom could definitely do with a refresh. Also, more than one power socket in a room would be helpful. Staff, however, are very friendly and helpful and absolutely lovely to deal with. Room service from the pub next door is on point!
